ESA GlobSnow Snow Extent (SE) NRT demonstration product note 2

The GlobSnow SE product is affected by the recent U.S gevernment issues: 
http://governmentshutdown.noaa.gov/

The NOAA-hosted NPP VIIRS rolling archive is currently unavailable for the ESA GlobSnow team.

We will continue producing the VIIRS Northern Hemisphere SE product, once
the situation with the NOAA rolling archive is remedied.
